Glen Roy the Salon is dedicated to the safety of salon guests and staff. The salon is following CDC recommended guidelines for health and guidance by Anne Arundel County and the state of Maryland.
Temperature Checks and Health Screening
All salon guests will be screened for temperature checks and will answer health screening questions upon entering the building. Anyone with a high temperature, showing signs of illness or refuses any portion of this process will not be allowed to enter the building. Their appointment will be canceled, and deposit forfeited. The COVID-19 policy will be enforced by management of the building and staff at the salon.
Wearing of Masks
All salon guests must wear a mask at all times while in the building and/or suite. T-shirts wrapped around the face will not be accepted. Please do not wear gloves; they aid in cross contamination and defeat the purpose of our implemented safety precautions. We also ask that you do not bring any children and/or other guests with you to your appointment—they will not be allowed entry.
Payment Methods
During this time we will only be accepting credit transactions, cash will not be accepted.
Nonrefundable Deposits
Please note all deposits are nonrefundable. In the event there is another government-issued shutdown or forced business closing due to Covid or any related issue, the salon will make the booking site open availability giving the option to reschedule as far out S 4 months with the option to reschedule back to an earlier date and time in the event we are able to reopen sooner.
Cleaning and Disinfections
After every guest, all areas of the salon (chairs, shampoo bowl, etc) will be cleaned and disinfected to ensure we do our part in keeping the salon area clean. This may cause delays in appointments starting exactly on time–please bear with us. However, this is not an invitation to arrive late; late charges will still apply at our discretion. If you feel as though you might be running late please communicate with us via email so that we can both plan together to ensure everyone receives service.
